The Antarctic Circle became the destination for a unique expedition which traveled beyond the usual southern reach of typical Antarctic explorations. The trip starts from Ushuaia before it crosses the Drake Passage to explore Antarctic Peninsula's stunning scenery which leads to further exploration of southern Antarctic territories.
The journey follows a path which includes frozen waterways and massive ice formations and flourishing animal communities. The expedition aims to reach the Antarctic Circle at 66°33′ South which only a few polar explorers have managed to attain.
